We are on the threshold of an “exceedingly aging society”. Now,We are facing the shortage of caregivers. In this circumstance, there is a rising expectation of human resources from overseas.At the same time, there is also a need to offer eduacation to foreigners in Japan so that they can get jobs.

Inter Asia Co., the first of its kind in Kyushu district in Japan, is a recruitment agency founded by Kenichiro Nakamura to help foreigners get caregiver jobs. Our business is to smooth the way for their recruitment by providing information on the Internet, education through caregiver training courses and Japanese classes, and personal assistance. We serve to bridge the gap between foreigners and care providers.Many graduates,most are Filipinos in Japan, have settled down as a caregiver.Their work are highly regarded and they have played important roles of caring in welfare facilities.
